This automatic pcb lead cutting machine is designed for cutting the extra pins of the components after soldering. It can automatic input and output the PCB, cutting the PCB lead after the welding. It can cut pcb leads shortest to 1.5mm adjusable. Automatic pcb legs cutting machine, fast speed and high efficiency.
To use the automatic PCB lead cutting machine, pcb should meet below requirement.
1. The pcb size should be within 400x250MM.
2. The PCB board side should have at least 2MM distance from components.
3. The shortest length machine can cut is up to 1.5MM. However if there is components on back side, lead length should be higher than components. For example, there is 3MM height components on bottom side, so after cutting, the lead length should be higher than 3MM. You can not cut lead length lower than 3.0MM.

1.Adopts claw-type spring lamination fixtures, automatic push, high, stability, the production line and automatic soldering furnace can be connected.
2.PC board feed cuts the pin, orbital velocity can be adjusted to the thickness of parts pin, which increase operation life of knife.
3.Claw-type track can clamp PC board, and push from the back to the front with strong and stable strength.
4.It is accompanied by the pricking ball and Bakelite tab letting which can overcome the deformation of the PC board after soldering.
