We customize autoamtic packing machine for packing various products, such as hardware fittings, screws, nuts, washers, bolts, plastic parts, etc. One machine can be equipped with several feeder bowls. And each vibrator can be turn ON and turn OFF arbitrarily, to meet the production needs. Material can automatic feeding, counting, making bag for packing. Freely adjust the screw quantity, self control bagging quantity. Machine will shut down when reach the set quantity. 3.Intelligent temperature controller two ways control the horizontal and vertical sealing, to make firm sealing, flat bag shape, exquisit and high efficiency.
4. High packing efficieny, long life time, can be equipped with vibrater PMMA cover, exhaust device, code printer(optional), finished product conveyor(optional).
6.Material automatic arrange and counting, bagging, code printing. Freely adjust the screw quantity, self control bagging quantity. Machine will shut down when reach the quantity setting. Automatic counting the package quantity, easy to calculate the workload of the machine.
7.With automatic detection function, automatically shut down and alarm when there is no material, each vibrator can be turn ON and turn OFF arbitrarily, to meet the production needs.
