Intro:

Automatic cable wire cutting and stripping machine for different size of multi-conductor cables. Machine can work for both electric single core or multi-conductor cables . Cut length is 0.1-9999MM adjustable. Standard machine can make max 50MM strip length. However we can modify machine to strip 200MM or longer.This machine can cut and strip outer jacket only. If you need strip inner insulation, we have RS-3F or other pneumatic machine.

Mult-core cable cutting and stripping Models:

RS-360 : Cut and Strip multi-conductor cables within 8MM OD. Max strip length: 50MM

RS-360-1 : Cut and Strip multi-conductor cables within 8MM OD. Max strip length: 200MM or longer

RS-16 : Cut and Strip multi-conductor cables within 12MM OD. Max strip length: 50MM

RS-16T : Cut and Strip multi-conductor cables within 12MM OD. Max strip length: 200MM or longer

Note: For round multi-conductor cable, it can cut and strip outer jacket only. For flat double-core cable, it can cut, strip both outer jacket and inner insulation.

Suitable:

• Suitable for round or flat multi-conductor cable cutting and stripping. Also it works for single core electric wire.
• Round and Flat multi-conductor cable can not use same jig
• According to your cable size, we will select suitable machine.
• RS-360 is for max 8mm OD cable. And RS-16 is for max 12MM OD cables
